Who Built Dialer Compare, and Where the Numbers Come From
Dialer Compare is built and run by CallCloud, whose Parallel Dialer appears in the comparison tables on this site alongside every other vendor. Every number on this site was read from each vendor's own pricing and product pages on 2026-10-09, with a citation recorded for each field and a review pass before publication. CallCloud also sells a Power Dialer Extension for Salesloft, Outreach and HubSpot at $60 a seat a month, which is a single-line power dialer, not a parallel dialer, and is not part of these tables.
How the tables are built
The whole monthly bill is the sum of four things: the plan, any base seat it requires, a phone number when none is included, and usage past the allowance. A per-minute meter bills each counted call as at least one full minute, so a metered bill is a floor, not a ceiling. Where a vendor does not publish an overage rate, the site models it at 2 cents a minute. Euro prices convert at 1.1206 dollars to the euro, the ECB rate for 2026-10-09. All prices are before tax.
Bills are calculated for a seat with at least 5 lines dialing at once, because a three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once and is a smaller product. A vendor whose plans all have fewer lines is shown as "up to N lines per rep" instead of a bill, and its smaller plans are listed in their own section, not compared against 5-line seats as if they were equal.
What the site has not tested
Spam protection, the pause on pick-up, and the calling toolkit are what each vendor states on its own pages, with a citation for every field. This site has not timed or tested any dialer. When a vendor publishes a connect time, such as CallCloud at 119 ms or Salesfinity at 400 ms, that is the vendor's own figure, not a measurement by this site. When a vendor says nothing about the pause on pick-up, the table says so.
The dialing assumptions
The usage scenarios use CallCloud's own fleet numbers, stated as such: a typical rep day is 210 dials, the heaviest reps run 2,000 a day, a month has 21 dialing days, 47% of dials are answered by a person or a machine, and 26% become a live conversation longer than 10 seconds. The tables show bills at 100, 210, 600 and 2,000 dials a day, plus first-year totals and five-rep totals, so you can find the number closest to your team's actual volume.
The dataset
The tables cover 18 vendors. Of those, 13 publish a price and 5 sell on request only (JustCall, Orum, Nooks, Koncert, Kixie). Twelve sell at least one plan month to month, and 8 sell a seat with at least 5 lines month to month. Klenty is the one vendor with no month-to-month option. Vendors that need another platform to run, such as DialSheet, WAVV and Trellus, are marked as such rather than billed as standalone products.
What this site does not do
There are no paid placements and no sponsored rankings. There are no user reviews or ratings. Vendors cannot buy a position in the tables, a highlight, or a better bill.
If a number is wrong
Vendors and readers can report a wrong price, and it gets corrected. Send the figure and the page it comes from, and the site will re-read the vendor's own page, fix the field, and update the bill. Every field carries a citation to the vendor page it was read from, so a disagreement is usually settled in minutes.
Questions
Who pays for Dialer Compare?
CallCloud does. CallCloud builds and runs this site, and CallCloud's Parallel Dialer sits in the same tables as its competitors, billed by the same rules. If a competitor is cheaper on a given volume, the table says so.
Why should I trust bills from a vendor that sells one of the dialers?
Because every field is cited to the vendor's own page, read on 2026-10-09, and the method is published in full: plan plus base seat plus number plus overage, with the assumptions stated. You can check any figure against the source and report a discrepancy, which will be corrected.
What if a vendor's price is "on request"?
Five of the 18 vendors do not publish prices. Those vendors are listed with their lines, calling limits, terms and features where published, and shown as "price on request" rather than assigned a modeled bill.
Why are some vendors not in the bills?
Skipcall, DialSheet, Mojo Dialer and WAVV cap out at 4 or fewer lines on every plan. A three-line seat dials fewer numbers at once, so this site lists those plans separately instead of billing them as equals against 5-line seats.
Are the connect times and spam protections tested?
No. The spam protection, pick-up behavior and connect times are each vendor's own statements from its own pages, cited field by field. This site has not timed or tested any dialer.
