Terms
BillingThe Parallel license is listed per month; eligible monthly self-service subscriptions have pause or cancellation options, while signed orders can have different terms. No quarterly or annual Parallel price is stated.Orum says pricing is per user and billed annually; the subscription term is set in the order form, and its published terms allow written termination for specified cause, including an uncured material breach after 30 days' notice, but do not specify a general cancellation-for-convenience right.

Fine print
  • The $149.99 Parallel package is a self-contained license, not a $149.99 add-on to a separately purchased Power seat.
  • The pricing page also displays $34.99 beside $149.99 without explaining what the smaller figure represents.
  • A standard credit-based Parallel subscription includes 2,500 Calling Credits per paid seat per week only when that allowance is expressly offered at checkout; the order can specify a different allowance.
  • Included credits are pooled, reset weekly, and expire if unused; answered or connected call legs, including voicemail, consume credits according to provider billing increments.
  • A limit of 2,000 outbound call attempts per user per day applies to Power and Parallel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Legacy minute-based Parallel plans have 3,000 Bridged Minutes per seat per month, pooled across seats; provider rounding applies, and international calls can consume the allowance faster than one-to-one.
  • Above a legacy plan's pooled minute allowance, Trellus may restrict calling or permit continued usage at $0.04 per additional Bridged Minute; running out of credits does not itself authorize that automatic per-minute charge.
  • Orum's pricing page states a nine-seat minimum.
  • Paid plans have unlimited dials, while the free trial is capped at 500 dials; Orum publishes no numerical fair-use ceiling for paid dials.
  • Ascend Limited is available only with Ascend and has limited calling for less-frequent dialers; Orum does not publish its calling allowance or price.
  • Orum may disable a provided phone number after 30 days of nonuse or substantial underuse.

Bills are one seat, month to month where sold, on the calculator's model (answered calls billed as one minute each on a per-minute meter). Spam protection, pick-up and the toolkit are what each vendor states, not our own tests. Read from each vendor's pages on 2026-10-09.
